Make Sailaway Scotland your first choice for quality yacht charter. Our fleet of 7 yachts is based mainly on the Clyde at Largs Yacht Haven on the beautiful west coast of Scotland. Our sailing areas, wildlife and scenery are all breathtaking!

Charters to and from Oban and Crinan are also often available.

Enjoy easy access to our beautiful, unspoilt, uncrowded cruising grounds. Largs is only 35 minutes by taxi from Glasgow and Prestwick airports. We will be happy to help arrange transport for you to and from airport.

The Firth of Clyde with its own islands and sea lochs, has many pretty harbours and quiet sheltered anchorages, with visitors moorings, hotels and restaurants ashore, secluded beaches, and opportunities for walking and climbing. For the more adventurous there is easy access to the Argyll Islands and the Irish coast, whether through the wonderful Crinan Canal or around the fabled Mull of Kintyre.

All our yachts have dinghy, outboard, windlass, sprayhood, central heating etc, plus full safety equipment all provided by us at no extra cost to you.

Presented in excellent condition, this is a superb yacht for a family holiday or a larger group of friends. New to our fleet in 2015, owned by us, and a really super yacht. Up to 10 BERTHS overnight, and coded for up to 12 for inshore day sailing. charterer quote: "We really enjoyed the week and the boat was excellent. We will definitely come back in future."

"Deep Blue", BAVARIA 46 CRUISER - a sister ship to Calico Moon, also presented in excellent condition, this too is a superb yacht for a family holiday or a larger group of friends. New to our fleet for 2020. Up to 10 BERTHS overnight.

Aurora, OCEANIS 411 CRUISER - enjoy the west coast in this comfortable, sociable, go anywhere yacht great for a family get-together or cruising with a group of friends. Up to 10 BERTHS. charterer quote "Seven of us had an excellent week on Aurora, pottering about the Firth of Clyde at the end of April in the non-seasonal snow, hail, strong Northerly winds and sun. The boat is well equipped, well kept and sails to order; the heater kept the cold at bay. Wilson is very straight forward to deal with and I would not hesitate to use Sailaway Scotland in the future.."

Morning Star is a 2009 vintage BAVARIA 40 CRUISER. When her current owners found her in North Wales in 2018, they discovered a lightly used little gem (not so little to be honest). Her log showed 900 Nautical miles and her engine a mere 130 hours of use in her eight years.

Disk Drive, SUN FIZZ 40 - a classic performance cruiser with a versatile layout great sailing and with all the home comforts you could ask for. Up to 8 BERTHS. charterer quote: "... the boat was well turned out and very capable for a charter vessel... a joy to sail"

Avocet, BAVARIA 37 - a very comfortable, responsive and well-presented boat ideal for coastal cruising and a pleasure to sail. Our most popular yacht, Avocet attracts many repeat bookings. Up to 8 BERTHS. charterer quote: "I should just like to say how much we enjoyed cruising in "Avocet" recently. The boat is comfortable, very well equipped and handled well in a variety of conditions up to force 5 at times.
